Finding blog ideas for your financial service firm is not an easy task. But, it can be much easier if you get your whole company involved.
The first reason as to why you should get your whole company to blog is because each and every one of your staff member has something to share. If you think about it, your Financial Advisors, your Planners, people in the Client Service team, etc., every single staff has their own experience and knowledge that they can share. Simply ask them to blog and you will be surprised as to what kind of ideas can come about.
The second reason that you should get everyone to blog is because they will be able to contribute to some of the blog articles that you need to publish. We know that not everyone is meant to be a writer or not everyone is able to write blog articles that are worthy to be published. But for those that create great content you can actually use them for your blog. If you have a lot of blog content that you think are worthy, you can actually set those aside so that when you don’t have time to write blogs, you can take them out to use them.
The third and final reason as to why you should get everyone to blog is because you want to identify who are the star writers. This is highly important because if you want to advance in your blogging, you need to find star bloggers so that they can help you write blog content. You can’t be doing it yourself. Ideally what you want to do is that once you find those start bloggers/writers, you create a team that can help you execute on those blogs.
