For this episode we will answer the following question:
Should I blog if my clients are not active online. The potential investors that I target are older and are not likely to go on my website or social media to read my blogs on a regular basis.
The answer to this questions is YES you should.
I would assume that most likely you communicate with them by email. They may not go on your website directly but if you send an email with a blog article that is from your website, which could help answer questions that they may have, there is a great chance that they will read it because you are providing the right content in the right context.
Maybe your prospects will not see your blogs being published but perhaps their children will. Their children are most likely active online. They might come across your blog articles through search engines and social media.
Children are always looking out after their parents. If they find content that is of valuable to their parents, they will share it either verbally or sending them the blogs by email. Even if it’s verbally, you have established authority in the industry.
With blogging, you need to think about the reach outside of your website. According to FutureBuzz, there are 342 million people in this world who read blogs and people read blogs to gain knowledge to either help themselves or help people by sharing what they have learned.
